模板都是自己摸索的。先给你个例子，开头先自报家门，然后介绍一下你们的公司及产品，通过了那些测试。然后发一些客户感兴趣的资料给他。最后问他如果有疑问可以随时与你联系。一般都这样，这只是新邮件，对付第一次询盘的客户。
POP信箱简单通俗地说，就是不用进入邮箱的网站，而可以使用其它软件如outlook等，对你的邮箱进行邮件收发。支持这样功能的邮箱，就是POP邮箱。阿里巴巴网站的pop的操作如下。
1添加POP邮箱
点击“添加POP邮箱”链接，弹出编辑窗口，输入POP服务器的名称以及您在该服务器上申请的邮箱帐号和密码。如果选中“读取邮件后保留POP服务器上的邮件”选项，在您使用新浪热线任你邮 收取邮件后，在该POP服务器上还保留这些邮件；如果没有选中此项， 新浪热线任你邮在收取邮件后，将从该POP服务器上删除这些邮件。单击“应用”按钮完成设置。 重复上述操作，您可以添加最多四个POP邮箱地址。
2.删除POP邮箱
用鼠标选中POP邮箱地址前面的核对框，您可以同时选中多个电子邮件地址，单击页面下方的“删除POP邮箱”链接即可将其删除。
3.编辑POP邮箱
用鼠标选中POP邮箱地址前面的“核对框”，单击页面下方的“编辑POP邮箱”链接，弹出编辑窗口，修改后单击“应用”按钮完成编辑。
在POP邮箱设置页面完成所有设置后，单击页面下方的“确认”按钮，系统保存所有POP邮箱的设置，返回“设置区”页面，并显示“您的邮箱设置成功”信息。
