不同于我们中文表述用的万进制，英文是千进制来看的，从小到大是千thousand，百万million，十亿billion。一般到十亿也就够了。每个千分位中间的百跟十之间要加and。
比如说2,345,678.09.
其中2是million，就写two million, 千分位不加and，
然后说three hundred （注意百后面如果有十、个位要加and） and forty-five，然后加thousand
后边再说six hundred and seventy-eight。如果是整数，到这里就完事了。后边可以加only，结束。
但是后边还有两位小数，一般表示钱的话，我们用分cents。 这里是and nine cents。
整合起来：two million three hundred and forty-five thousand six hundred and seventy-eight and nine cents.
这里有一地方不同于以上规则要注意，如果千分位后边百位数是0，比如5,078.00 这个千分位后要加and。也就是five thousand and seventy-eight only.
再举例：2,300,608.00 two million three hundred thousand six hundred and eight only
