英语标识语和提示语
送快递的英文：Express delivery.
送快递的一般流程主要包括：快件的揽收。快递员会根据寄件人提供的地址信息上门收取快件，然后对所要揽收的货物进行检查，判断是否符合快递寄送的要求，并指导寄件人填写相关的单证。分拨中心检验与调拨。快递员将快件取回分拨中心，并由分拨中心对快件所在地进行第二次校验以及进行相关的包装处理，并将快件所在地一致的货物进行组合包装。
在途输送。快递企业一般会才有自营运输、外包运输、联合运输三种方式，将快件送往相关的下个分拨中心。二次分拨。快件到达寄件的城市，由相关的分拣人员对快件进行区域划分，并将信息录入相关的系统，提醒相关的区域快递人员进行快件的派送。
快递派送。快递人员根据系统信息，对快件进行派送。一般派送之前都会通知收件人做好收件的准备。比如顺丰快递，当快件完成最后一次分拨后，快递员会根据快件上收货人的信息进行派送通知，即通过短信或者电话的方式，告知派送的时间段，最后快递员会遵照约定的时间，进行快件的派送。
送快递需要的条件：
1、年龄性别要求：用户的寄件重量不一，这就意味着快递员能够抗的起重物，所以纵观各大快递招聘条件，年龄一般都在18-40岁之间，且以男性居多。
2、学历要求：通常都要求是高中、中专、职高、中技等学历，虽然很多单位对快递员的学历要求并不高，但是随着快递行业的发展，快递员也开始出现技能和职称考试，相信随着时间的发展，这些证书的作用会日益凸显。
3、路况熟悉程度要求：如果对所派送区域的路况不熟的话，一般快递公司或邮局是不会招聘的。
4、驾驶技术要求：就目前各个地区送快递的交通工具来看，都是以电动三轮车为主，虽说不需要驾照之类的证件，但是作为一名快递员，能熟练的驾驶电动三轮车是基本技能要求。
5、其他要求：值得一提的是快递员必须要有吃苦耐劳的精神，经过对常年奔波的快递员性别的统计，男性占据了这份岗位的主导地位。出现这种性别差异，很大方面是因为男性在体能上占据了先天优势。说明快递员工作相对还是比较辛苦。
