信用证，是指银行根据进口人（买方）的请求，开给出口人（卖方）的一种保证承担支付货款责任的书面凭证。在信用证内，银行授权出口人在符合信用证所规定的条件下，以该行或其指定的银行为付款人，开具不得超过规定金额的汇票，并按规定随附装运单据，按期在指定地点收取货款。
2、CFR是Cost and Freight的简称，中文意思是成本加运费，指在装运港船上交货，卖方需支付将货物运至指定目的地港所需的费用。但货物的风险是在装运港船上交货时转移。
3、FOB（Free On Board），也称“船上交货价”，是国际贸易中常用的贸易术语之一。
按离岸价进行的交易，买方负责派船接运货物，卖方应在合同规定的装运港和规定的期限内将货物装上买方指定的船只，并及时通知买方。货物在装运港被装上指定船时，风险即由卖方转移至买方。
