邀请函应该是为办理入境以及签证用，要不然两国之间会比较限制人员出入。我们之前就搞过这个，自己写一个比较正式的函件，写明这个人要来中国干什么，从哪天到哪天，在什么地方，写的详细一些比较好，之后通过传真发送给他，记住，一定要盖你们公司的章，然后他会连同他的护照什么的交给中国大使馆办理签证。我想就是这么些就行了
