招聘外贸业务员时要注意以下几点：
⑴人品问题：业务员人品好坏的问题直接影响到公司的利益，甚至是公司的兴衰存亡，招聘时要注意观察他的言行举止。
⑵语言水平：具体要求要按照公司需求，如果公司有意将市场拓展到德国，则需要招聘一名懂德语的人，当然还要会一些基础的英语，普通话当然不用说都会的。
⑶语言表达能力：当你与他沟通时，要注意他的用词及准确性，词不达意者最好不用。
⑸头脑灵活性：一个人头脑如果过于守旧易接受新的事物或者头脑反应比较慢，你说了半天他才明白，那这种人也最好别用。世界天天在变化，而且是飞速的变化，过于守旧不易接受新事物的人也最好不用，这种人会将自已封锁在一个界限里，看不到外里的事物。
