贸易术语理解的关键在于它是规定交货和风险转移的，谁交货，风险从谁那里转移？都是卖方，所以所有的术语首先都是从卖方的主要义务来说的，弄清了这一点，就自然理解了，不需要在那里瞎总结，比如说EXW，工厂交货，卖方工厂交货，你说这还需要卖方负责啥费用呢，什么关税之类的，根本就不可能是他的事情了，反过来，DDP，连关税都得付了，你说海运费这些玩意的谁来支付，当然是卖方支付啊！
