1、做好装箱单，发票。
2、打客服电话，预约，要求取件人来公司取件。
取件时候，需要提供的单据是，装箱单，发票，报关委托书。（前提是不超过100公斤。如果超过100公斤，需要报关的。）
3、发货时候，需要填面单，如果公司有UPS的面单，就先填好。还有提供发货本人的身份有效证件。
4、运单是货物运输的凭证，正确完整地填写运 单是确保货物按时准确寄送的必要条件,运单信息的正确性和完整性直接关系到货物的出口、运输及派送。
若运单填写不规范，将导致货物的延误，也给寄、收双方造成不必要的损失。因此，敬请各位客户务必按要求先仔细填写运单信息。

货物说明:
1、依照发票填写中、英文品名、单个数量/总数量、单价/总价 (USD)， 中英文品名互译的含义要相符,避免使用衣服、零件、配件等字样。
2、 量尺寸问题：单件不能超过68KG,三边尺寸限制: 2 (宽+高) +长≤330CM
3、UPS件会有偏远费产生，且需要较长时间才能出UPS帐单通知件是否偏远。
4、部分国家规定如下:
夏威夷和阿拉斯加两个地方到不了。货物申报价值一般不能超过USD600。伊朗无服务。
5、赔偿方式：如货物是易碎品(如陶瓷,纸盒,玻璃制品等等)，请寄件人自行包装好, 如运输过程中损坏，佚或收件人拒收等情况，同不负任何责任。
