The Third-party logistics(3PL),or called Logisitics outsourcing or Contract logistics. The Thrid-Party Logistics has always been the term(注意：此处的Terms在正式文体中可以翻译为termination）that is easist to be misunderstood in the logistics and supply chain management.（原则上在多个形容词修饰或具有并列关系的术语中，为了确保和中文的一致性和便于理解，一般情况下不做of的所属关系处理，如上面的供应链管理就不译为：management on supply chain)

The 3PL company(此处用简称，同上面的名词术语，为了使修饰关系得到简化，故使用简称）should meet the requirements as follows:(1)Formal contract with deadline more than one year signed between the supplier and the user ,(2)The relationship but not the bargain-style should be stressed.(3)The mutual benefits and the feasibility on customerization (客制化，根据我的理解，应该是客户定制化，客户定制可以有多种翻译方式，比如customer book/order/register等等，但是考虑到这里必须要使用其大名词形式，所以就必须做修改）should be stressed.(4)Long-term relation with customers/subscribers.(5)activeness in seeking possible policies and practical services（注意：这后面的几个特点，在正式文本中，应该统一成名词短语式，就是说，他们在英语中的表现方式一律为没有谓语动词的片语，在译制过程中我考虑到了这一点，所以将后面的内容在句式后结构上都做了修改和调整）
