熏蒸和运输形式没关系，无论快件还是空运，进口到澳洲，商检的环节是一样的。除了运费到付，没想明白收货人为什么不让你发快件。不过，物品如果真是涉及商检，一样要报关验货，的确花了快件的钱，也不能太快收到货。木制也不是一定要熏蒸的，要看材质，如果是原木，一定需要熏蒸。如果是合成的木制产品，在制造过程中已经高温处理过的，就不一定要证明了。熏蒸和物品多少没关系，就算是一个样品，如果产品需要熏蒸证，也一定要有。因为要求熏蒸的目的是杀死可能在木制产品里的生物。如果物品需要熏蒸，但出口时候没做熏蒸，货到澳洲后会被拿去做处理，费用比国内贵很太多，处理时间也很长。你的客户经常进口该类产品的话，他们会更清楚是不是产品进口必需要熏蒸证。熏蒸证，出口运输的时候，货运代理都可以帮助办理。个人认为，没道理要求生产厂家做熏蒸证明。 比如我买了家具运到澳洲，不可能厂家帮我办理熏蒸证明，是我作为发货人，委托货运代理， 通过全球认可的熏蒸机构，按照相关的规定进行熏蒸，证明是这家认可机构出具的原始证明。

Fumigation Requirements:
Where articles are made from timber, treatment by Methyl Bromide is required for exportation to Australia or New Zealand.
There is a minimum requirement when Methyl Bromide is used. This is: 48 g/m3 (3 lbs/1000 cu ft) for 24 hours at 21 degrees Celsius (70 degrees Fahrenheit) or above. This treatment is to be performed on articles of timber and must be exported within 21 days of treatment. If the article is wrapped in plastic, packed into plastic bags or any other material that the fumigant cannot penetrate, the goods must be fumigated prior to wrapping. If the article is wrapped in plastic, packed into plastic bags or any other material that will allow the fumigant to reach the article, Australian Quarantine will accept the fumigation. For the fumigant to reach the article, the plastic must have holes with at least 10mm at every 10cms horizontally & vertically. Many vendors are now shrink wrapping or skin wrapping goods as it gives the products a much cleaner and attractive finish. In these cases, please keep in mind that fumigation must also state one of the following clause :-
1. These goods have been fumigated prior to wrapping.
2. These goods are wrapped in plastic which have been slashed/punched.
3. These goods have no wrapping. It is most important that the above rules are complied with. If not, the Fumigation Certificate will not be accepted and the goods will have to be re-fumigated upon arrival at the supplier’s cost.
The Australian Quarantine and Inspection Services –(AQIS)
AQIS have advised that there are some fumigation certificates that will not be accepted for quarantine articles out of China/Hong Kong. Not following regulations causes delay in processing of merchandises for re-fumigation upon arrival in Australia and additional costs will be incurred.
All fumigation certificates issued by private treatment providers with conduction fumigation in China are not accepted by AQIS.
China shipment – All certificates for fumigation treatments conducted in China must be issued by the Entry/Exit Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China (CIQ SA). The certificate must have the CIQ logo in the top left corner, and must bear the official stamp of the branch that issued the certificate.
根据澳大利亚官方要求，对出口澳大利亚的植物制品以及有植物包装的产品必须做实地熏蒸并出具官方熏蒸消毒证书才能够顺利清关。植物制品包括木制品，竹制品，藤制品等，植物包装包括木卡板，木托盘，木架，萝筐等以植物为材料的外包装。
