外贸常用术语：
1、Ex（Point of Origin）（产地交货）又称EXW（Ex Works）
EXW是国际贸易术语之一，是指当卖方在其所在地或其他指定的地点（如工场、工厂或仓库）将货物交给买方处置时，即完成交货，卖方不办理出口清关手续或将货物装上任何运输工具。
2、FOB（Free on Board）（在运输工具上交货）
FOB也称“离岸价”，实践中的使用通常为“FOB……港（出发地）按FOB成交，由买方负责派船接运货物，卖方应在合同规定的装运港和规定的期限内，将货物装上买方指定的船只，并及时通知买方。在实际交易中，买方都会委托卖方来帮助租船定仓，交保险等，也就是准CIF,买方会另行支付给卖方额外费用！货物在装船时越过船舷，风险即由卖方转移至买方。
3、FAS（Free Alongside Ship）（船边交货；船侧就岸交货）
船边交货贸易术语，英文为Free Alongside ship(named port of shipment)即船边交货(指定装运港)，缩写为FAS。它指卖方在指定的装运港码头或驳船上把货物交至船边，从这时起买方须承担货物灭失或损坏的全部费用和风险， 另外买方须办理出口结关手续。
4、FCA（Free Carrier）交至承运人（......指定地点）
FCA是free carrier也就是“货交承运人（……指定地点）”是指卖方只要将货物在指定的地点交给买方指定的承运人，并办理了出口清关手续，即完成交货
5、C&F（Cost and Freight）（成本加运费）后改为CFR（对外贸易的实际操作中也有很多客人喜欢用CNF来表示C&F,实际上只是把符号&换成N, 意思是一样的)
